60-minute private session with the head instructor. Great for beginners who are looking to jump-start their Jiu-Jitsu journey, gain confidence, and get a generalized understanding of what BJJ is. These 1-1s are also extremely valuable for experienced practitioners looking to level up and work on specific parts of their game in detail. If you're booking a 1-1 class on a Tuesday I will be unavailable between 4:30 pm-5:30 pm and 7 pm onwards due to the class timetable. For Fridays, I'm available until 7 pm :)
